Our Services
We offer a large amount of fabrication choices including insulation, frames, and finish choices. The modular design allows for ease in assembly and disassembly, Cam lock connections and “NSF” approved double bulb gaskets are permanently bonded to the panel behind the metal skins to ensure a quick and tight seal.
Insulation
We use class 1, polyurethane foamed in place insulation. This foam has a 2 pound density rating with a K-factor 0.14 and an R-value of 7.14 per inch, the flame spread rating is 25 and the smoke developed rating is 300.
Doors
Doors are constructed the same as panel with a replaceable magnetic gasket, and chrome plated hardware. The door sections are furnished with a 2” dial thermometer, pre-wired light switch, and a surface mounted vapor proof incandescent light fixture. Custom built doors, glass reach-in doors, and sliding doors are available upon request.
Floors
Floor construction is similar to our walls and ceilings in manufacturing technique, with the exception of a thick underlayment added to make the floor suitable for use with and trucks.
